第二階段試驗計劃於2019年7月起提供言語治療服務，截至2019年12月底，使用人數共193人。截至2019年12月底，累計有212名長者曾以社區券購買住宿暫託服務。此外，社署沒有備存患有認知障礙症長者使用服務的人數。
