Updated description of 觀塘市中心項目(住戶)追踪研究 (中文大學亞太研究所) (官方委託研究) (2012) to
發展局於2008年7月至2010年6月進行三個階段的廣泛公眾諮詢，檢討《市區重建策略》。為了解市建局重建項目對重建區居民的生活改善，市建局委托香港大學及香港中文大學去進行兩項追蹤研究，調查跟進官塘及海壇街項目受影響的住戶及商戶，以他們在項目重建前的情況作為研究基線，並在他們遷出後分階段進行跟進研究。
