Central and Western District Urban Regeneration District Aspirations Study

發展局於2008年7月至2010年6月進行三個階段的公眾諮詢，檢討《市區重建策略》，並邀請了市建局目標區內的7個區議會進行地區願景研究，以表達各地區對巿區更新的願景。7個區議會包括中西區、灣仔、荃灣、深水埗、油尖旺、九龍城和觀塘，並分別委任顧問機構進行研究。
