Final Report of the Study of the Achievements and Challenges of Urban Renewal in Hong Kong

發展局於2008年7月至2010年6月進行三個階段的公眾諮詢，檢討《市區重建策略》，並委托顧問公司進行一系列以探討各種與巿區重建有關的專題研究。作為檢討工作的一部分，及延續在較早前六個亞洲城巿的巿區更新策略研究，香港大學的研究隊於 2009 年 8 月開始進行有關香港巿區更新的成就與挑戰研究，就香港在巿區更新的過往經驗，作出分析和整理。
