Final Report on the Economic Impact Assessment Study on the URA's Urban Regeneration projects

發展局於2008年7月至2010年6月進行三個階段的公眾諮詢，檢討《市區重建策略》，並委托顧問公司進行一系列以探討各種與巿區重建有關的專題研究，其中市建局項目的經濟影響評估以荃新天地及萬景峰作為研究對象，以評估這個項目對荃灣區的經濟影響，過程中比較項目重建前後的多個指標，包括收入水平、營業額、租金水平、樓價和創造就業機會等數據。
